Mel + Jon’s Wedding in Downtown Chicago

Mel and Jon’s wedding was one that was not just about the couple, but about two families and two cultures fusing together, and I was lucky enough to be involved to capture it.

There was so much amazingness spread over the 2 days of their rehearsal and wedding day that it was hard for me to trim down the collection of images that I’m posting. The highlights began with the traditional Chinese tea ceremony at the rehearsal dinner and carried all the through the wedding reception with Jon singing a song he wrote for Mel, and playing alongside the wonderful Entourage band- and every moment in between was just as entertaining. Rather than just reading text, I’ll let the images speak for themselves of just how much of a blast I had at this wedding.
