In a blink of an eye, they go from 16 months to 16 years, and you wonder how they could have grown so quickly. With their tiny fingers and tiny toes, we cherish every moment we can get with them. The childhood images are beautiful to look at while their young, but so much more valuable when they grow up.

A little over a year ago I got to photograph Pontus, Ulrika, and their firstborn Alexander, so it was a pleasure for me to come back and capture images of their second son Nicholas! It was a great way for me to end off the year with a a fun, relaxed family session.

Last week I had the privilege of working with baby Alexander, one of the easiest 6-month-olds I’ve EVER dealt with! He must have been extremely excited to have his picture taken because from the moment I got to Pontus and Ulrika’s place, he was ready to go. I don’t think he even had thoughts of a cry or a whine while I was there…maybe I’m just that good with kids? :)
